William Marrion Braham

Though he lived and died over 40 years ago, William Braham remains an icon of the current time and his legacy endures. He serves as testament of an infallibility of God’s truth. Born around a century ago to the poor of the very poor, William Braham was an illiterate and heading for oblivion in life until a supernatural experience that changed his life and many others.

Praying one day in the outback, he received a supernatural experience instructing him to go into ministry. Soon doors opened and the ministry of William Braham commenced.
Initially, he was widely received – especially as his ministration was different from others before and alot after. Uniquely, the demonstration of the gift of knowledge, gifts of healings and discerning of spirits as evident in his ministry. Initially many were attracted to him, his simplicity, humility, genuine love for the Lord and obvious gifts.

It didn’t take long before William Braham was faced with rejection after his ministry started – though illiterate He preached passionately about worldliness in the church. It wasn’t a message that wasn't widely received and William Braham was subsequently maligned.

Without this support, William Braham fell into discouragement but carried on in the ministry entrusted to him. William Braham carried an important message that is very relevant for his time and also the current time. He did make alot of mistakes though but the intent was genuine. He also confused the power of God present in his ministry with an endorsement of God on his message. Consequently, some of his messages were awry but the intent importantly was sincere.

William Braham has a sincere Love for the Lord and he slept in His service leaving behind a legacy that outlives him and the efforts of his distractors at the time. He is without doubt the most iconic man to have lived in recent times but is little known by many in the current times.

Andraé Crouch

I thank God for the moutains, I thank Him for the valleys, I thank God for the storms He’s brought me through. For if I never had a problem, then I’ll never know God could solve it, I’ll never know what faith in God could do

Inspiring words from Andraé Crouch who has being in the ministry of praise, worship to the Master for over 3 decades. It all started off small for Andraé when as a twin child of Mr Benjamin Crouch his father was called to pastor a small local church. Unsure and requiring a sign from God, Mr Benjamin Crouch stated that as the church didn’t have a musician, if God would teach Andraé how to play the piano, then he would enter into the service he was called.

2 weeks later, Andraé was behind a piano in the midst of a congregation and his father had received the sign he needed. The fact that Andraé was then a strutter did not deter and it proved the start of a lifetime of service and the start of Andreá Crouch's ministry. He later went on to perform in several media programs ministering praise and worship songs. Devoted to the gospel genre only, Andraé was entrusted with many musical material that has become common and regularly sang in current times.

Some of the songs credited to him included “The Blood would never lose it’s power”, “Jesus is the Answer for the world today”, “It wouldn’t be Long” , “To God be the glory for the things He has done”, "Can't nobody do me like Jesus". Andrea remains an icon of the current time and an available inspiration to aspiring musicians called to service.
